I wasn’t notified until 2 weeks before with zero chance of a Full refund, they did give me $120 credit. Originally they said i wasn’t going to be able to use our balcony as well, but our room was on the side of the building and we could use it. "Beautiful condo and great location. Balcony has direct view of the Gulf so you wake up and go to bed with the sounds of the waves crashing into shore. Walk to the Sandy white beach or the pool and hot tub. Short drive to lovely little string of beach towns with boutique shops, farmers markets and outdoor vendor craft tents along scenic 30A. Dining at Stinky Fish Camp in Santa Rosa is highly recommended!"

Lots of amenities on the property including heated pool, sauna, gym, and tennis courts. Responsive communication with our host, Mike, ensured an enjoyable stay. "Although the room had a great appearance it needed attention to detail. As to call for maintenance for a broken kitchen chair, non functional TV remote & bathroom light. Blinds in the master bedroom were detached and didn’t close properly. The room was consistently humid because the AC wasn’t working properly. We paid for a 5 night stay but hotel had us booked for 4 nights and locked us out of our room on the 4th day. Had to get an updated room code."
