"I stay at this hotel at least 4-5 days a month. Been staying there for the last 3 years. The staff is always friendly and always attentive to your needs. There is a new manager there in the day and he is NOT as friendly as everyone else. I was using the computer to check emails one morning and he came walking up, very rude and starts question me. Business trip.

"The hotel is next to the main river that runs through Chicago. Great location. Loads of shops and eating places nearby. If you come in from the airport on the blue line, 10 minute walk to the hotel. Taxi can take 30 mins to one hour depending on the time of day and traffic. My room was 1101. Very quiet and looked out on the water front. Staff very friendly and always happy to help. "
