« Hilldale Farmhouse has a lot of history and beauty. We had a family wedding with folks traveling from Fl. we all wanted to stay in one place. It was perfect. What I did not realize was the porch with the two twin beds was only screened in. Since this was the case we had a couple folks sleeping on couches. Other than that it was wonderful. »

« We had an amazing weekend at John's farmhouse. The old farmhouse has so much character and the antiques were just wonderful. Watching the sunrise every morning come over the mountain was just amazing. If you are looking to get away to a place that's quiet, peaceful and tranquil then you need to stay at John's. The creek runs through the property and is a lovely walk. We will definitely be coming back. »

« Very charming home. Lots of land and privacy to enjoy the outdoors. Even with the snow and ice, we did not have any issues driving up to the house. The ponds were frozen when we were there so we could not fish, but we really enjoyed target shooting and walking through the snowy trails. We saw lots of deer and animal trails:) The owner was very responsive if we had any questions. Stores were close if you need anything. Our family had 3 adults a teenager and a pre-teen. Everyone enjoyed...

« We had a wonderful stay at this house! The rooms were cozy and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of activities. While the kitchen is a bit outdated, it still had everything we needed for preparing meals. The location was fantastic - close to everything we wanted to explore. « With grandparents and 2 families with children, not only was the house perfect but the fenced yard was huge and spectacular. We didn’t use the hot tub, but there was plenty of good space for adults, too. We gathered for a family wedding, but the space enabled us to spend a few wonderful relaxing days with family we rarely see. Communication with Leora was prompt and accommodating. 5 stars all around!
