Top Floor Mountain Haven + Sunny South Facing Patio

Coming this Spring. Construction on our building is to be completed in May. With the remaining resort areas (gym, pool, firepits, common amenities) to be completed summer 2024. Be the first to enjoy this Brand New, beautifully designed space.
Featuring: a fully stocked kitchen, indoor fireplace, blankets to wrap you up on your private, south-facing patio, with wide mountain range views, located on the 3rd floor.
Owners are nearby, to help you with any questions you may have during your stay.

The space
Grab a blanket, and cozy up to beautiful South-Facing views from your own private deck, located on the 3rd floor. Be content to stay in, with a fully stocked kitchen, comfy living room with fireplace, large scenic windows, and two Smart televisions.

Important to note: Parts of the resort property will remain under construction until summer, we are only able to offer you the unit, itself.
No Pool/hot tub, gym, or commercial spaces will be available until July/Aug 2024.

Opening this summer/Fall: There will be a beautiful heated pool and hot tub with forest/mountain views, a gym, and two fire pits in a manicured courtyard.

We are a stylish single bedroom unit with a coveted King-sized Kingsdown Mattress for an amazing restful sleep. A queen-sized sofabed can accommodate 2 additional guests, and a foldable crib is available for little ones.

We have black out blinds on the living room and bedroom windows for a restul lay in, with a Kingsdown mattress in the main bedroom.
All the cooking tools and some basic ingredients for a fully stocked kitchen (sugar, salt/pepper, coffee, assorted tea). Drip coffee machine
We provide all towels and linens. Hairdryer. Soaps and Shampoo/conditioner.

We are only a 5 minute drive to Canmore and 25 minute drive to Banff.

We are locals, nearby, and are available to help you with any questions you may have during your stay. It is our pleasure to host you!

As parts of the property will remain under construction until summer, we are only able to offer you the unit, itself. No resort amenities will be available until July/August 2024.

Important to note, there will be limited resort amenities available before July/August 2024 (Pool, gym, commercial spaces). Our unit is located on the 3rd floor, South-Facing. Your patio and windows are facing outward, away from the property construction. And there is a broad mountain range view of the valley for you to enjoy. Construction on our building is to be completed in May. With the remaining resort areas to be completed July/August 2024.
May-June: Please expect some settling-in-traffic through the hallways, while our neighbours and lower floors become furnished and prepared to accept their guests.

Perfect vacation housing
We had a wonderful stay at Sparrowhawk. The unit was very clean, beautifully decorated and had breathtaking Mountain views. Julia was a wonderful host and there was nothing left to be desired. Highly recommended.
