"I discovered this property on Hotels.com. We were looking for a simple place to spend one night as we were going to a business dinner in San Juan Capistrano. We live in Arizona so we figured let’s find something at the beach! And lo and behold this hotel had availability. We love the fact it was so close to the beach - we could SEE and hear the waves crashing in the morning! my husband loved the breakfast and the coffee. There was even a Keurig in our room and we were in heaven. Great TV for catching the Heisman Trophy award ceremony right before we left for the event. It was a quick 10 minute drive up to San Juan Capistrano old town area. The room was so comfortable! Especially the bed. My husband was also in heaven for that one because it was so comfortable. Super clean you could tell it had some upgrades not too long ago and we appreciated that! The staff was on point too— SO NICE —just an overall great property. Thank you so much! "

"We had a great overnight stay at Dana Point Marina Inn. The location is fantastic — surrounded by beautiful water views, restaurants and shopping — all right outside your door. The hotel was perfect. Staff very helpful and efficient. Easy to give this place 5 stars!"

"I loved how I was able to cook full meals due to the well equipped kitchen! The microwave is also a convection oven!! So you can bake too!! I loved the view of the ocean! Sat for hours taking it all in!! The staff are amazing and very attentive!! The bed was comfortable and had a separate bedroom w door that closed! Fold out bed was great too!! I loved the home-like accommodations. Only downside was the elevator in our building was out of service, but they assisted us with our luggage and we used the sister building’s elevator. We’ll be back!!!"
