"This hotel has, without a doubt, the best service I experienced during a three week trip in Korea, sometimes staying at four and five star hotels. The accommodations were fantastic, the breakfast was good, the dining options were really good, the chef is excellent. But the main thing is the service. This staff is fantastic. "I book and paid in full this property in March for my October stay. Immediately, after check-in into allocated room, Toilet light cannot turn on and air-cond not functioning. Wonder if room was checked prior! There is no elevator, this was fine as bellboy service would be available. We were inform NO and had to carry bag to room self. Luckily, our driver helped us out. Being up in the mountain, a long walk into city, one would expect hotel to provide breakfast. This was another NO! Next day we...
