" Great Stay with a Few Minor Issues I had a great stay at Hollywood Casino Hotel! The hotel itself is beautiful, and the rooms are spacious and well-appointed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the shower was amazing—definitely a highlight of the room. The location is also convenient, with plenty of dining options nearby and easy access to the People Mover. On the downside, our remote was broken, and it took two phone calls and a long wait to get it replaced. Additionally, the VIP benefits didn’t feel very special, and I was disappointed that I didn’t receive a room upgrade. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience, and I would stay again, but I hope to see improvements in service and VIP perks."

"Very clean, comfortable beds. Nice rooms, the staff was friendly, and the restaurants have amazing food. I would highly recommend eating at Hamilton! The best Chicken Parmesan I’ve ever had! Will be coming back! Lots of cool bars in the area. Valet service was great too. "
