When I needed something, they were very kind and speedy with request. Room was very clean and comfortable for most part. Beds were bit soft for me but not hotels fault. I specifically got the queen suite because of the jetted tub. When I got tub ready and started jetts... "Stuff" came out of jets. Very unpleasant. They did send...
