"I had a great stay here. I especially want to recognize the front desk staff—they truly deserve a raise. On 4/12, I witnessed a front desk gentleman handle an extremely rude and loud guest with the utmost professionalism and patience. He stayed calm, respectful, and composed throughout the interaction. That level of professionalism deserves recognition. The room was clean and quiet and the hot tub was a good break from a long road trip. I would stay here again. "

Residence Inn by Marriott Costa Mesa Newport Beach

3.0 star property
8.6 out of 10, Excellent, (771)
"We had an excellent stay at this location. Traveling with two teenagers so the loft was perfect for them and we had two bathrooms. The pool was enjoyed and the area was well kept with extra places to relax. Washer/dryer facilities were clean and efficient. Only downside was that there wasn’t a Keurig or dip coffee pot in kitchen. Breakfast Buffett was good and we enjoyed it twice. Breakfast staff was on point. All front desk staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely recommend. "
