"The property is located in a convenient spot. Having a small swimming pool, a hot tub, & a fitness is nice. My room was clean but the hallway towards the back entrance smelled a bit like urine. What bothered us most was how every door in the hotel slammed so hard. The walls & floors are also thin so we could hear the next room's TV & people above us walking very well. Overall, it was a good experience staying here. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our favorite thing was the 24-hr coffee bar."

"Nice place, easy to stay with big family. Only complaint is beds aren’t that comfortable. We stay at other residence inns and the beds are usually better. Also curtains were quite dusty. Overall good experience and good value. "

"a nice hotel in a good area. The hotel could use a bit of refreshing, has an older look but everything is functional and works. Only a couple of miles from Newport Beach and close to good places to eat and shop. I noticed several homeless looking people around the area, had no trouble with them. Good deal for an expensive area, not perfect but works fine with a decent free breakfast that seals the deal for a moderate spender! "
