The room was spacious and spotless with a comfortable bed and a great view of the city. The hotel’s central location made it easy to explore nearby sights, and their on-site market sold items that made it easy to not have to walk a few blocks to another store. Overall, it was an exceptional experience, and I’d highly recommend Hyatt Grand Central for anyone visiting NYC."

"It is an older property, but I saw NO bugs of any kind and the room was updated with the TV on a moveable mount and a waterfall shower with excellent pressure. The room was small but I was alone so it worked out. The hotel is across the street from Lincoln Center and the transportation options were AWESOME!!! New York is amazing and from this location EVERYTHING was right THERE!!! Times Square, Central Park, the list goes on and on and ON!!! I ABSOLUTELY recommend this hotel!!!"
