"Property very nicely located next to a beach which is also 4x4 accessible. Great pool, warm and clean. Will be good to have cooking facilities in the lodge as bbq area always get used and unfortunately for us we had a bunch of not so friendly people taking over that area during our stay. They drank alot and one of them entered our lodge by mistake while my kids were there."

"The tranquility and location of this accommodation and Tavern were perfect for the travel from Vic to QLD - a relaxing and enjoyable stop along the way. A huge thankyou to Craig who made our check in experience easy and also to the wonderful amenities staff at the hotel with checkout. The Tavern was busy however all staff worked hard to ensure a wonderful dining experience for all patrons. Everyone was so friendly and relaxed. We will definitely return again for a few nights to relax and enjoy...

Quiet, reasonable price, old fashioned beach house style. We can’t wait to go back. Cafe across the road for coffee , beach patrolled on weekend, only 6 kms from Harrington. Stones Seafood on the way in , fresh and local. Best rest , blessed time. "
