"The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable. They are in the midst of renovations so understanding of the "unpolished" look inside in certain areas. Will stay at this chain again, first time staying at Fairfield. "

"Very close to downtown area and shopping mall. Parked at ice rink near by and walked the waterway at night (Christmas Lights decorations). Welcomed by friendly staff ..and housekeeping was done daily. "

"We were there for one night on Christmas eve The person at the check-in counter was very courteous and pleasant. Check in was a breeze and we were in our rooms in no time. The one thing I did not check is that our room and the room of our friends did not have a microwave. We used the microwave near the breakfast place to heat our food. The receptionist was kind enough to open the dining area for us at night. Breakfast in the morning was great. All in all a great experience"

"The facilities and staff were excellent. The surroundings were very good. The actual room was good with the exception of the following: the bathroom lighting was insufficient, the television appeared to not be held tightly (it was crooked) and television services were limited. "
