"The only problem that I Encountered was when I checked out on Sunday morning. It was about 5:30 Am and the lobby office was locked. I buzzed the bell but nobody responded. All I wanted to do was to return my room card. "
"This is where we usually stay when visiting our daughter. Staff is wonderful and super welcoming.
Furniture in rooms starting to show some wear
Staff does a wonderful job keeping the hotel clean "
"The room was in very good condition, and very clean, except for a noticeable smoking odor when first entering the room. despite it being a non-smoking room with plenty of signage advising a fine for violation. I checked for signs of bedbugs and did not find anything. The free breakfast was very nice with your choice of waffles, bagels, cereal and more along with coffee and juice."
"I was very disappointed in the breakfast, it was literally just some packaged pastries, and apple juice. It’s called breakfast “on the go.” I typically book hotels that include reasonable breakfasts so this was disappointing"
"Great one night stay at the hotel after getting dinner at City Square and some drinks at Minglewood and Grigio. We love the complementary breakfast, chocolates, and rose upon arrival. Very welcoming staff. Carpeting in the room is slightly worn and could use replacing, but otherwise clean and comfortable."
"Check in clerk was awesome so helpful and caring !! Made checking in a breeze.Even called our room to make sure we were happy with the room ..After traveling all day from Nashville in ice covered roads and many accidents that we passed it was a relief to have someone so caring."
