"Good stay. Have stayed here now 2 times over the past month while traveling to the Columbus area. Bed is comfortable, quick and location is good for my business travels. Front lobby has been remodeled, but rooms do look older. Some staining on the floors and couch in this latest room, but room does appear "clean". Tub drainage in this room was the same, just a little slow. Great price compared to the other area hotels. So overall, a good place to lay your head. Nothing great, but not bad either....

"This was a disappointing stay. The accommodation and services I reviewed, booked and paid for were not what I got. First, I was unable to reach the owner prior to check in. When we arrived on time for check in, I was told the room was not ready and the owner was not thrilled that we brought our dogs, despite the listing describing this place as pet friendly. "We were traveling through and stopped to spend the night. As we looked through the list of hotels, Sonesta was affordable and the reviews were great. We found this hotel to be very clean, the room was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. We would highly recommend this hotel!"
