"We only stopped in for a short time. The bed was comfortable, the showers were hot, and the front desk people were so kind! The only negative we had was the planes fly low nearby so it was a little nerve racking along with what we assumed was some construction at the hotel that made it noisy. Would stay again!"

"We love staying here, it truly is a friendliest hotel ever, it's truly Alaskan in ambiance, wonderful collection of Alaskan art in the lobby and dining area. The shuttle from the airport is always Timely. The staff that greets you at the counter is wonderful. My only disappointment is that they have removed the steam room, and will replace be replacing it with red light therapy, which is going to cost an extra charge. Evidently the steam room had issues of leaking that they could not resolve, so...

"Building was pretty, room was more spacious than I anticipated. Checking in was a little strange as there didn't seem to be a conventional front office area. My room was in a separate building around a five minute drive away which was odd as well. Room was clean for the most part."
