"We just needed a place to sleep for the night after a long concert at Bridgestone. The bed was comfortable. The heating actually worked correctly and the water was warm in the shower. We did not eat breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. However, the gem of this hotel is not the comfort, cleanliness, or any amenities they might provide. It is the people. The young man who checked me in was so kind. We met one of the housekeepers as we were leaving, he was kind. And the young woman who I returned our entry card to was very kind. Ten stars for the staff! Thank you. That seems rare today. "

"The only complaint I have was I wish I had known about a 100$ accident fee. This was my first time booking a hotel for myself as an adult and I was a little stunned when I got to the front desk and was told about this. They refund this money back to you, but I was again not prepared for that because no where on my booking was that mentioned :( "
