"The room was very clean. The bathroom was a great size and very clean. We had a problem with the bath not changing to a shower and called downstairs and maintenance was up to our room less than 2 minutes later and fixed it. The front desk employees were very nice and so were the maintenance employees. The indoor pool was well maintained and great for my kids. It went up to 4ft deep so it wasn’t too deep for my 10 & 12 year old. We will definitely be back! "

"Great spot to enjoy a night in VA Beach. Wonderful view from the balcony, little kitchenette was very convenient for breakfast but could have used some extra supplies. Room was quiet even with some outside traffic. Would definitely return! "

"Room was dirty when arrived. Dead bugs in plain view. Asked for them to clean it manager refused. Bought our own broom and mop and cleaned it. Later on in the evening we discovered it’s infested with cockroaches. When we asked for another room the manager told us to leave. No respect or hospitality. "
