"I didnt like that the customer cant control the AC and it cant go below 19, especially in hot days like now. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows are too soft and caused me nwck pain. I haven't had a good sleep. Also, my reservation was upgraded for a one bedroom suite king with a sofa, and i didn't get that. I paid 20 quid extra for this upgrade. I was too tired to change the room really. The location is great, very walkable ."
