"The Chalet has been our go to place to stay in downtown Chatanooga whenever we make our trek from Minneapolis to Florida. Located in an area close to restaurants,a cool coffee shop and some shopping. After a long drive, it is the perfect spot to unwind for a good restful evening in the beautifully appointed rooms,fantastic showers, and super comfortable beds. Will not dissapoint anyone looking to explore Chatanooga!"

"I enjoyed my stay here. The staff were helpful and friendly and the room/bed was comfortable. There is a bit of road noise (not unusual with most hotels in the area) but overall it wasn't bad. There are plenty of dining choices nearby as well. I will stay here again the next time I visit my family in the area. "

"The rooms were very clean and hotel was quiet! Staff is incredible! Very close to numerous restaurants and shopping in case you forget anything. We came to town early for a concert so being close to these things was great! I’d definitely stay again and recommend! "

"Very good at a very reasonable price. I will definitely stay again. Nothing wrong with it at all, but I would make 3 suggestions. 1) put dressers in the rooms 2) slow down the automatic door closers. They are too fast, especially in the handicapped rooms when more time to enter or exit is needed. 3) finally, i understand that this facility is designed for longer stays, and to keep prices down, house keeping has a weekly schedule.
