Property manager and owner were both great as very responsive to questions and requests including sorting the local for the riverside gate so my elderly parents could get off the boat and back into the property without climbing over! "The beds were comfortable. The home was well- furnished. The kitchen had most items we needed, but we could have had a tea towel and a plug or bowl in the sink for washing dishes. Our mail problem was lack of hot water as there was a problem with the boiler. I left messages on the phone number I was given, but it took two days to get the hot water restored. On our third day of four I noticed a leak on the floor of the main bedroom. I reported it, but got no reply until I sent a second...

"Ideal as a base for the family while we attended a family wedding and spent time with relatives. A little small for any entertaining and the door lock was a constant challenge as the lock plates were lose and key required jiggling for it to work."

"Stayed with my large extended family. This a place is very practical for the bedrooms and bathrooms and how close it is to London, Windsor castle, the highway and Lego land (which we didn’t go to). The living room furniture by the TV isn’t very strong. I see what the idea was with the futons to have extra sleeping space but it’s not great for adults to sit on, which why I give it four stars. "The location of this property was exactly what we wanted. On the Thames, lots of wildlife and less then 30 minutes drive to Legoland, Chessington & Thorpe park. In the kitchen you’ll find all the equipment you’ll need. The owner left us several bottles of wine & some chocolates which were well received. There is a karaoke machine & piano for entertainment. The hot tub was a good size and would comfortably fit 4 people. It’s just frustrating then the owner specifies that 36 degrees is hot...
