"The pool has literal lumps of black dirt on the tiles, it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. The jacuzzi is the same temperature as the pool and also dirty. No shower facilities after the “swim” Run down hotel, breakfast staff were just there, never said good morning, no interaction from any staff actually. Won’t be staying there again. "

"Firstly, all the positives but, unfortunately ending with a negative. On arrival, I was greeted by a friendly and efficient receptionist. Booking in was very easy and I was given a map of the island and a booklet of things to see and do. My room is very clean and spacious with a queen size bed, furniture, sufficient storage, lovely bathroom with bath/shower and complimentary bathroom items. Kettle, tea, coffee milk etc are also in the room. Balcony with 2 chairs and a table. LG tv with remote....

"My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay at the Savoy from Monday 11th November 2024 on a holiday from mainland UK. We had a hired car and hotel parking was very accessible and convenient. The hotel had step free access which was helpful for my wife. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the breakfast menu catered for all tastes including full English and Continental with fruit options."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the quality of the service, cleanliness, bar, restaurant, food etc etc. The employees were great too. However, the hotel is not ideal for someone that has impaired mobility or uses a wheelchair, because of steps within the common parts of the building and does not have a lift to access the upper floors' bedrooms. "Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable room. Problem with toilet was remedied immediately. Hotel could do with pool area being smartened up. Sound proofing between rooms not the best. Loud music played a few evenings but was dealt with by staff when contacted. Great location for central St Helier, easy to walk to many areas. On the whole, a great stay in Jersey."
