"Meridien Petaling Jaya is a beautiful new hotel directly adjacent to the Paradigm Shopping Mall, which is also very nice and quite new. My wife and staying at Meridien for several days in April 2023. It's a top-level hotel with reasonable prices and we will certainly aim to stay there again next time we're in KL."

"Check in was a bit stressful, because itnwas written they accept check in only until 22:30 and we were expecting to arrive at 0:00h. It was also problematic that they were not answering the phone when calling... But when finally they did pick up the phone, they confirmed they will wait for us. And once there it was 5 stars service - helped to get the luggage to the room and the room was very clean and comfortable. So all in all we were happy but do recommend the management to switch to a 24/7...

"Security guard at the front of the hotel 24/7 Clean rooms Great Air Conditioning Room was a bit on the small side, but managable. No shower door meaning half of the bathroom was wet when coming out from the shower. Decent location with a number of eateries just across the room. Will stay again when we are next in the area."
