"Super clean,doing major renovations. Ww got one of the newer rooms.Heater didn't work and it took maintenance about 10 minutes to change it out. Staff at check in was not friendly at all... kind of rude like i was bother them to repeat themselves because they didnt speak very good english. And i was treated as if that was my fault.. but when i checked us out was different staff and they qhere super friendly"

"The place is amazing and they have people standing around to help you if you need it which we did which was super helpful. Mexican restaurant food was not good. Room was great but the pillows gave me neck pain. The shower is awesome, the water pressure being great. The bath products smelled so good too. It was a pricey stay but it was my birthday and a special occasion. Wish we could have stayed longer to experience everything. We were there for a Grand Ole Opry concert and shuttle service was available which was great because it was so cold out. "

"Our room was clean. They had "snack and beverage" options available for an additional fee. We didn't purchase any, but it was nice to have them in the room in case we got hungry or thirsty. We had reservations to eat at Skype. They were nice and worked with us even though we were 30 minutes late. The food was excellent! The view was excellent! Hospitality was great! Overall A and we'll definitely have to do it again! 👍"
