"We first looked at the Motel across the street. It was terrible! Lake Roy was a nice clean facility the staff was very friendly, the only thing was we had to stay in a upstairs room and im handicap. They do not offer an elevator! Over all it was good ! "

"Definitely due for renos. Rooms are a bit worn out, seemed cleaned, fridge had someone elses food in it. Ac had a bit of a smell. Nice and close to universal. I wouldnt expect to walk to universal though. Decent food near by. Bit of a pain being in a separte building having to use the card to get in ans out of the lobby. Vending machines didnt work. Although got taken care of in the lobby. Parking is a little far away as the main parking area fills up fast. Staff were really respectful and...

"Excellent location, we really enjoyed the on-time bus service to and from the Disney parks. Even on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, we were able to get back on time and safely. Hotel front desk and bar staff are super nice as well. "

"It was a very nice place to stay with our family. The suite was spacious and clean. We were able to relax comfortable after a day out exploring. It was a little to cool out for us to use the pool. It was nice to have shopping close by. A great spot for families that need lots of room and kitchen amenities. "
