"The Lake House was spacious and equipped with everything we needed for a large family gathering. The host gave clear directions to find the property and where to park (4 spots available). Ideas for restaurants were provided. We spent time in Letchworth State Park (breath-taking), at wineries and antique shops nearby. It was a great autumn weekend in New York!"

"My wife and I loved our time in this hidden gem. The garden, feilds, and pool were an amazing oasis. The host was responsive and accomodating. The inside is so cozy, and the beds are amazing comfortable. Plus the location near Rochester gave us access to friends as well as things we wanted to do. Food options are minimal, and the kitchenette doesn't have plates or cups, but as long as you bring the food you want you're all set to go!"

"The Gate House served as a perfect place for our daughter and her bridal party to get ready for her wedding. There was plenty of room for the six bridesmaids to work with the hair stylists, makeup artist and photographer. The Groom and his crew had fun in the basement game area until the photographer was ready for pictures down by the pond. The kitchen was very well equipped and easy to create breakfast for a large crew. "

"House was nice and new. Biggest thing to know before you book is they 60 for incidentals/insurance. You do not get this back. Or you can pay 1,500 and it’s up to the owners discretion to return your money. The washer and dryer are coin operated, which was a bummer. Early check in costs extra. They didn’t have soap or anything for the shower. Everything you had to purchase through a QR code. House in the winter was cold, 55 when we arrived. Took hours to warm up.
