"The Lake House was spacious and equipped with everything we needed for a large family gathering. The host gave clear directions to find the property and where to park (4 spots available). Ideas for restaurants were provided. We spent time in Letchworth State Park (breath-taking), at wineries and antique shops nearby. It was a great autumn weekend in New York!"

"We enjoyed the home. The horseback riding was great. They don't have AC in the house. They just have AC in the living room. The other rooms were hot. We were able to access a few fans and that helped. The bedroom setup is odd, but it worked well enough for us."

"Huge, meticulously maintained, family-friendly and private vacation home. Perfect for a weekend getaway or a weeks long stay. Three big family rooms with brand new very comfortable furniture. Kitchen has everything you could need. Large bedrooms with plenty of space for 12. Indoor resort style spa area with hot tub, sauna, shower, bathroom, changing room, and gym/hangout area. Even thought to provide robes! The giant fire pit was great(even in Winter). Book this amazing home!"

"My wife and I loved our time in this hidden gem. The garden, feilds, and pool were an amazing oasis. The host was responsive and accomodating. The inside is so cozy, and the beds are amazing comfortable. Plus the location near Rochester gave us access to friends as well as things we wanted to do. Food options are minimal, and the kitchenette doesn't have plates or cups, but as long as you bring the food you want you're all set to go!"

"The Gate House served as a perfect place for our daughter and her bridal party to get ready for her wedding. There was plenty of room for the six bridesmaids to work with the hair stylists, makeup artist and photographer. The Groom and his crew had fun in the basement game area until the photographer was ready for pictures down by the pond. The kitchen was very well equipped and easy to create breakfast for a large crew. "

"We traveled the country staying at VRBO’s. There’s a small part of me that does not want to give this property a good review as once the word gets out this place will be booked nonstop and year-round. This property was by far the best we have ever stayed at. You have literally everything you need from the minute you walk in the door. Attention to detail is an understatement. Communication with the host was amazing. I can’t wait to go back. "

"Nice place in a good location for us. We stayed over New Years Eve, and it was very cozy even though it was cold out. Big enough for family to stop by for the evening and spend some time. Quick drive to Letchworth to hike. Instant hot water heater is nice for showering. Electric blankets on the bed we loved also. "My wife and I very much enjoyed this property. It’s a beautifully rustic cabin that’s literally 20 feet above the ground in the trees. It’s set back in the woods but not far from the road and the town of Belfast. The place is well-built and very clean. You will need to bring outdoor chairs, your own towels and warm clothing if it’s in the cooler months. It was a great experience. "
