"The apartment is well appointed and has parking spots very close to the apartment. We had no problem with sound except hearing a few footsteps from the upstairs apartment. The place itself is very comfortable and incredibly well organized with labels on most things. I’ve never experienced this in a rental property before but the host had drinks and snacks available. You didn’t need to worry about forgetting, washing stuff, shower stuff or toothbrushes etc, she had it all!! My nearly 4 year old...

"The three bedrooms and two bathrooms was a great fit for us and our two adult kids. Location was nice. We were disappointed that the main bedroom distinctly smelled of urine when we arrived. The property manager sent over cleaners who changed all the bedding, mopped the floors and removed the rug. "

"No hot water for the first 3 days, we have to boil our own water to shower . When we try to contact no one answer for a while. Very confusing instructions to how to get in the house "

"I had a great stay at the condo. I had everything I needed and felt safe and comfortable. It was incredibly convenient to walk to Trader Joe’s, Target, Whole Foods and my doctor’s appointment. It’s a really large space and I plan on returning with family. Thanks for a wonderful stay in Bethesda!"

"Very clean and modern condo. Great location- easy walk to restaurants, Whole Foods. Movie theater, and shops. There is no free parking so you will have to pay for parking at meters or public garage."

"This unit is managed by an offsite property manager who is basically non-responsive. Owners would not communicate at all. It took 1-2 days to hear from property manager about some significant problems - broken cable for internet connection that we figured out how to fix ourselves after two days with no connection, barely any water flowing from bathroom sink, no hot water in kitchen and shower, uncollected garbage that was strewn around parking area, and the list goes on. No items were fixed...

"First, the apartment is not remodeled, the lights in the kitchen and living room do not work, they had a lamp in the living room which we had to use for the kitchen, some outlets do not work either and they do not respect parking rights, the dishwasher and the toilet are clogged and do not They leave enough towels, they left three and we are 7 people. The walls look dirty and battered In.reality, what they ask for is not worth it."
