"This place is a dream. The room was amazing, the shuttle service around the property and the staff was perfect. The beach is gorgeous. We had a private pool that was cold and in the shade most of the time, so we spent more time in the beach club and the ocean. I would caution you that this resort is in the middle of nowhere. Bring cash for tips (no ATMs on the island), and definitely any medications you might need. I got a cold on the plane and there is no pharmacy anywhere nearby…the front desk...

"We stayed at this lodging, one of three under the same ownership in Boquete. This one was closest to town, where everything is a 15-minute walk. We had a great room near the common kitchen area where we were designated cupboard and refrigerator space. The staff were continuously available from morning to evening and were very personable and helpful. "This is a great place to stay if you need privacy and tranquility. There’s a pool in the back to use and a small food market close by. It’s nothing fancy but very well kept with a great, comfortable bed, hot water and privacy. "

"It began with the friendly hospitality of Edith at check in. Actually, everyone at the front desk was , really great! It’s not surprising, because Romero, the manager comes across as a really nice guy, and it’s been my experience that nice people enjoy working with a nice boss! And, the mood is contagious throughout the hotel. Whether it be the waiters or those who prepare the meals as well as those in maintenance, or the cleaning staff, they all do their tasks with positive attitudes, and with smiles on their faces! What more could one ask for?"

"This is a very nice, classic hotel that is nicely appointed, clean, has attentive staff, and is a good value. The neighborhood around it seems to have aged differently than this well-maintained hotel, but their staff and security kept us feeling unquestionably safe. There is a restaurant on the first floor and that is similarly well staffed. We would gladly stay here again."

"The staff was amazing. The food was good. The room was beautiful. I stayed in one of the above water bungalows. The only downfall is there is very little to do nearby. You are pretty much stranded on this island unless you arrange some kind of transport or tour. If you’re looking for a vacation where you can totally check out from the world this is it. If you’re looking for a place to do lots of activities, this is not. Management took care of everything I asked for, including an unexpected early arrival. "
