"The staff was amazing. The food was good. The room was beautiful. I stayed in one of the above water bungalows. The only downfall is there is very little to do nearby. "This place is a dream. The room was amazing, the shuttle service around the property and the staff was perfect. The beach is gorgeous. We had a private pool that was cold and in the shade most of the time, so we spent more time in the beach club and the ocean. I would caution you that this resort is in the middle of nowhere. Bring cash for tips (no ATMs on the island), and definitely any medications you might need. I got a cold on the plane and there is no pharmacy anywhere nearby…the front desk...

"It began with the friendly hospitality of Edith at check in. Actually, everyone at the front desk was , really great! It’s not surprising, because Romero, the manager comes across as a really nice guy, and it’s been my experience that nice people enjoy working with a nice boss! And, the mood is contagious throughout the hotel. Whether it be the waiters or those who prepare the meals as well as those in maintenance, or the cleaning staff, they all do their tasks with positive attitudes, and with smiles on their faces! What more could one ask for?"

"This is a very nice, classic hotel that is nicely appointed, clean, has attentive staff, and is a good value. The neighborhood around it seems to have aged differently than this well-maintained hotel, but their staff and security kept us feeling unquestionably safe. There is a restaurant on the first floor and that is similarly well staffed. We would gladly stay here again."
