"Nothing fancy but the rooms are spotless and the beds are comfortable and the bedding is also nice. It's right on the highway and I'm a light sleeper but there's very little noise after 10pm. Food choices are limited but what they serve is exceptionally good at a very reasonable price. They do have limited drinks available as well (no wine). The staff is absolutely fantastic and the service is amazing. The place is about 10-15 min to Puerto Morelos which is a lovely town with a gorgeous beach...

"Does not allow eating in room but kitchen space was not clean/unusable, out of the way and inconvenient (almost dangerous stair access) to get to from room especially in the rain. No filtered water available. Shower pressure needed to be turned up; it was basically a heavy drip. Our room was #4 outside of main entrance and reception area, so we heard everyone coming and going all hours of the day and night. "

"The room was clean and most things were fine (hot water not consistent and wrong wifi password given in the room though) and Ana was nice, but overall our check-in was difficult. The neighborhood seemed unsafe to arrive to at night and no one was there to let us in when we arrived (we only got in thanks to another traveler). Apparently Ana was supposed to come meet us at the time of our arrival, but we were never asked beforehand for that information and didn't know there would be no reception....
