Construction of neighboring resort was loud, dirty and unsightly. AC in room couldn’t keep up. Ocean view room was windy and wind blew through patio doors so loudly you can’t sleep from the howling. The construction in the hotel was noisy and elevators often not working resulting in taking the stairs up and down 5 flights of stairs. Meal reservation process was not clearly explained and it always showed full even though only operating at 1/3rd capacity. Buffet food was always the same and often cold. Laundry service was unavailable and maid service was in and out of the room at all hours of the day. When you did get meal reservations food was often bland or sub par quality. Some of it was even over cooked to the point it was inedible. I would probably never stay here again and would throughly read all reviews. For what we paid I feel we should have had a better experience.

My experience was good overall. The entertainment and most of the staff were great. The drinks and food were ok. My only issue was with room service, I had to call multiple times for help and no one showed until I went to the front desk.

There was a construction going on right next to the hotel. Our balcony was facing the construction. This should have been disclosed before and given a discount for inconvenience. I could hear the construction in the morning instead of my alarm. This was horrible. We do deserve a discount for this huge inconvenience. I did speak to the staff about my room, per them I was supposed to pay extra to get a different room. Extra??? Really ? The staff at the buffet was terrible. They sent my husband to change and then said that we misunderstood and I was the one who had to cover my bathing suit. Expedia should have disclosed the fact that there was going on construction.

This IS NOT a an inclusive resort, it's an all inclusive HOTEL. Can't get drinks until 11:00 a.m. everyday. Maybe 2 people spoke some English. Pictures may have been taken 10-15 years ago. Construction in building right next door! Entertainment nightly ok, but again, never felt welcomed anywhere! WILL NOT return!
