"We used this house as a place to stay for a return visit to my home town and a visit with my family for the Christmas holidays.We found this house to be a perfect solution to go to after a day of visiting with my family.It was well appointed with big screen tv's, new appliances including a full kitchen, washer/dryer and comfortable beds.A large sitting area was a nice meeting spot to wind-down after a busy day.The bottom line is that this location and house was exactly what we were looking for...

"We decided to host our daughter's sweet 16 birthday party here and it was the perfect setting and the perfect party to celebrate such an amazing young woman. She and her friends all loved it there and they had everything we had forgot to bring. I have 2 more daughters that will be turning 16 one day so this may become a tradition. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Highly recommended."

The house is very clean and has plenty of room for 5 of us and a small dog. the drive between the campus and the house is nice easy driving. "We arrived excited about our stay to open the door to piles of dirty laundry. The couch was patched together with tape, the toilet was covered in hair, the floor was sticky in the kitchen, the bathmat was dirty with grime and what might have been dog poop. The bathroom had not been swept or wiped down and was covered in dust, hair, and dirt. There were 2 packages of moldy food in the fridge. The blankets had not been washed. The pillowcases had dirty marks on them, and the extra bedding was...

"We 5 72 year old ladies had a great time. We went wine tasting, played cards, games and just talked and laughed. The house was very nice. The water had a horrible smell. There was a water cooler but the jug was empty. The lights were on the ceiling far away from the floor. Hard to read anything. The lamps in the bedrooms didn’t work. But nothing stopped us from having a great time. "

"Drive up appeal hides just how nice this property is on the inside. The property is perfect for a long weekend stay. Most of the appliances and decor is new and thoughtfully done. We visited during winter so didn't get to enjoy the pool. The patio is nice and well appointed (grill, seating, lighting, etc.). We enjoyed our stay very much and will stay here again when visiting our student at Purdue. "
