"I had read a lot of mixed reviews on this hotel but still chose to stay as I love the Ace Hotel chain. I was so happy with our visit. We had 2 double rooms and luckily these were on same floor. Both with views of empire state and a great size. The check in was seamless and the staff so friendly. The area around hotel had so much going on and the general location made it very walkable for us to explore uptown one day then downtown another. A train stop also close by.
