Before we could retrieve our belongings, service arrived at the door and “fixed” it. He was friendly and proficient. So we stayed in original room. Much to our regret the unit malfunctioned again the next afternoon and we called for service. They fixed again (not so friendly) and we hoped it would hold us to checkout the following...

"The property was nice and clean. The waterpark was lovely, and my son enjoyed it. My only concern was that the bed in my room was uncomfortable, and my back and side was hurting. "

The shower, although lovely, needs a small corner seat for shaving your legs. I had nowhere to put up my leg when trying to shave...

"Customer service was wonderful, the room and view was awesome. The walls can be painted and the furniture can be upgraded. We purchased our own tissue it wasn’t any in our room. The location is perfect on the south side strip 😃👍"
