"The staff could not have been more helpful: when we had trouble with the TV remote and couldn't figure out how to turn on the water for the hot tub, someone came to help within 2 minutes! However, the location was a problem for us; we don't have a car, and while bus service around the Co-op City area itself is excellent, it took ages to get to Manhattan by public transport and cost a fortune via Ubers. "
