The propert looked nice but the songle rooms they advertuse ate horrible not clean dirty carpets beds that are old and lumpy dirty pillows that are old the rrpm smelled moldy the shower had zero pressure the toilet didnt flush and i believe they were snooping thrpugh my stuff when i left to eat

This property generally in great shape. Lobby, hallways and rooms look great. But it is showing signs that the owners have stopped putting money into it. They are out of the plastic cups that are used for bathrooms and juice at the breakfast bar. You have to get a New coffee cup, and unwrap it for these needs. I stayed two nights, and asked about getting a Fresh room for the third night. I was told that no housekeeping staff was coming in on Sunday to clean rooms so I was out of luck. Front desk staff was Trying to take care of the breakfast bar, and even doing Housekeeping work when needed. The breakfast food was generally inedible, except the coffee was good.

Quick stop over for a night on way home. Check in was amazing and Nick was very helpful. Room was clean I guess. Many stains on carpet and one of the beds the sheet was dull- not white like the others. Very few towels in the bathroom and they were very thin. Complimentary breakfast was good but the table were not being wiped down and had to ask for Tea bags.

I waited about 15 minutes to check in because they were on the phone with a previous guest trying to change their charge to a different credit card. In the room surfaces on the desktop and other surfaces were dirty. It was to late and I was tired so I cleaned these myself before unpacking.

The refrigerator was broken. The toilet paper roll was very low, which tells me the room didn’t get much attention prior to me arriving. The complimentary breakfast was missing items. There’s a waffle batter dispenser that remained empty the entire time, and no waffle maker. Room smelled musty.

Had to move rooms, and the second was worse than the first... We got to our room to find the bathroom trash half full, toothpaste spots all over the mirror and quite a few hairs in the shower. After a cordial complaint, the gentleman working the front desk got us an "upgraded" room. When we open the door, we are met with a musky, foul smell. The couch in the room was disgusting. Stains all over it. Being that it was almost midnight, we sprayed a bunch of perfume and just got to bed. Finally, after adjusting to the stench, we were able to get some rest. We're getting ourselves cleaned up in the morning, I decided to crack open the fridge. BIG mistake! Turns out, that's where the smell was coming from. It was so foul, that both of us were gagging. Top it all off, before we could get out of there we noticed that the smoke alarm had been removed from the room and there was just wires where it used to be. By far the worst hotel stay I've ever had, and the only hotel I've ever complained about in my 37 years of life. Severely lacking any regard for cleanliness. The only bright spot was the man working the front desk. He was kind and understanding. The poor guy was very embarrassed. From the sounds of it, it's been going downhill for some time. He seemed very fed up with his cleaning crews and how it was being managed. Said it was his worst experience in his 20 plus years working in the hotel/hospitality business. Btw, I paid $180 to stay at this dump...

Refrigerator off and no way to turn on. Air conditioner with a bad bearing, so loud, sleep was almost impossible. TV defaults to gaming required assistance to reset.
