"We knew the in-town location was perfect but the house was equally perfect for our family with plenty of space and plenty of bathrooms. Very new and quality design. Backing the car into the garage with steps from trunk to kitchen was super helpful and convenient. Will make this my Brevard house for future stays. "

"This house has tons of space for your whole family and a big backyard area if you have a dog with you on your trip. They had everything we needed to cookout and is super close to the downtown area. Only negative was there was hamburger food wrappers left in one of the master bedroom bedside dressers and the other had a used cleaning rag and trash. "
