The kids enjoyed the stream, sadly we couldn’t enjoy a fire as it rained almost every day we were there and getting a fire started the 2 nights we could just didn’t happen. Amber is an extremely responsive and friendly host. Urban location, but on a November weekend noise was not at all an issue. The backyard area is great, and, for those planning to bike, a great place for clean-up. Ideal for a family of 3-4. "
