We stayed two nights and interacted with the front desk staff a few times, to check in and out, to request help printing something, and to get extra blankets and they were so great. One staff member was new and still training and he was fantastic. The manager training him was incredibly sweet and was so kind to him and to us. "

"When my daughter and I arrived for our stay, we were told that we were the customer of the day and received a free upgrade to a suite instead of the standard two-queen bedroom. We had a wonderful stay, and the room was clean and very close to dining and shopping options. We will stay here again in the future. The only thing I would say was not appealing was that the table between the two beds was very dusty at the bottom, but that didn't deter our stay at all."

"The kids really loved the water slide. The pool itself isn't that big, so we had to be watchful of the teenage boys shooting out at the bottom of the slide, but that was no problem. Everyone loved it. LOL except the next day when a pipe broke and it flooded! the main floor, but the staff got it cleaned up really fast. We stayed over Thanksgiving, and we had three rooms. We needed to talk and "shop" black friday out in the hall, while the kids were sleeping in the rooms. We were being really quiet, when one of the workers did a walk through and surprised us. He was super kind and let us continue to talk. An hour later, as he was doing his walk through, he brought us all a bottle of water! We thought that was very sweet of him. Made us laugh. We couldn't talk in the room, nor could we go anywhere else, since we had a "sleep walker", so we had to park outside our doors. We were grateful for his thoughtfulness and consideration. "
