"The property, the people, the atmosphere and the service were often. I would give them five stars across the board, but Hotels.com screwed up our reservations and instead of a king bed, we got a twin bed in a room 200 sq ft at the most. The hotel indicated that Hotels.com did not get us the room promised, that we reserved and paid for"

"The kids really loved the water slide. The pool itself isn't that big, so we had to be watchful of the teenage boys shooting out at the bottom of the slide, but that was no problem. Everyone loved it. LOL except the next day when a pipe broke and it flooded! the main floor, but the staff got it cleaned up really fast. We stayed over Thanksgiving, and we had three rooms.
