"The front desk agent Kevin was absolutely amazing. I work in hotels before and I know that trying to accommodate everyone needs can be a job in its self. However Kevin was able to accommodate me and my family's needs. We also got locked out of one of our rooms and Kevin went above and beyond and brought our keys to us so we didn't have to make that walk all the way back to the front deck. It may not seem like a big deal but when you have been traveling for hours and you finally get to that spot and it's time to unwind and then your room key doesn't work it can easily turn into a stressful moment. I have stayed other places and the key didn't work and the front agent could have been accommodating but they had chosed not to be. I just want to say "Thank you Kevin"! Keep up the great work. Bye Bye "
