"The studio room was perfect for what I needed - it was very clean and comfortable and I enjoyed my stay. Communication from Vince was great and he answered all my questions very quickly - loads of info was sent over before my arrival too so there was no stress. I'd definitely stay again! The only thing I would say is it wasn't the most soundproofed but they provided ear plugs :) it didn't affect my stay but was just something I noticed."

"We had a really great 1-week stay at this property. It was immaculately clean and tidy, and I really appreciated all of the extra little touches: vintage record player, acoustic guitar, fully stocked spice cabinet in the kitchen, space heater for extra coziness, tower fan for an extra breeze, and plenty of bathroom towels. There were also a couple of nit picky things: drain in tub was broken/does not plug (so you can only take a shower), vent/fan above stove does not work, conditioner bottle was...

"This is the perfect little studio. Decorated nicely, everything we needed was provided. Coffee & cream with a Keurig, shampoo, cream rinse and lotion was provided. The king size bed was very comfortable. Thank you so very much."

"Nice remodel, very clean. Arriving after dark was confusing as dead end driveway serves 3 houses. The host family lives upstairs in main house.Location was close to our destination, many shops & restaurants nearby."

"We had a great stay. This location is perfect for Pike Place market, easy access to the monorail to get to the space needle. If you are coming at Christmas time at the Christmas market is great and is right next to the space needle. There are lots of restaurant choices. One block from the harbor and again ideal location. The views from the apartment are phenomenal of the overall Harbor. We enjoyed our stay and had more than enough space for the five of us. Would definitely recommend for anybody...

"The property is very good, clean has everything essential a traveler needs. Vince was very engaged, and he was communicating with me all the time, making sure everything was OK with my stay. I had a bad surprise in the beginning, when I found that in order to receive the entry code, I have to submit a copy of my ID card (front and back), selfie and my credit card number. This was not mentioned when the property was booked. I am not comfortable giving such information to strangers. "

"This property was just perfect for our all adult family before our Alaskan cruise last week. The only issue we had was the portable AC unit’s exhaust hose was not attached on one of the hottest days in Seattle. No worries though the host came while we were out exploring the city and had it repaired by the time we returned. All communication with host was answered right way. Property is as shown in photos. There is an old 24/7 diner a block away remember you are on the west coast in a large city...
