"Great hotel on the beach with sensational, friendly staff. Only real concern was the room. We had three issues -- the first was the lever to open and close the drain on the sink was missing. The second was that the plastic plate around the outlet next to the sink was severely damaged. And lastly, the door would not lock when closed. All three of these issues were dealt with promptly during our stay."

"We had a good time. It is an old hotel so some things are worn but our bed was clean and the bathroom was clean. We had a nice ocean front balcony. The people are professional and exceptionally friendly. Great coffee in the morning. I love that Jacksonville Beach appears to be a local community where the average person can still live by the water. "
