"Amazing hotel. Prime location. Food and shopping everywhere. Staff was very friendly. Housekeeping lady kept checking with us if we needed anything at all. Breakfast was nice and had good choice. Q: why was there are film on the window of our room. Would have loved to see out. Felt like a detention room. We were 4 people and one room saved us money. Pullout sofa bed was useful and comfortable. Varnada facing the lake was very relaxing. "

"Our stay at the Sea Dunes Villas was amazing! The resort property is beautiful and very well taken care of. The location is perfect as it’s right on the beach, but only around 20 minutes to the downtown area. The resort amenities are incredible and there are a lot of fun things to do on the property as well as the surrounding area. The property is walkable but they also have a tram that runs until late in the evening and makes it quick and easy to get around. I would highly recommend staying at The Villas of Amelia Island and can’t wait to go back myself!"

"Overall, very nice stay, the whole staff were amazing and very friendly! A few things could stand to be updated. The mattress was in need of replacement, but still comfortable. Just worn. Parking is a little tight but, having access to the garage next door is helpful. Unfortunately, the number of restaurants within walking distance is one, the Salt Life, which isn’t that great. Very popular but the wait is long, and the food mediocre. We do plan on coming back and staying at the Seaside Amelia Inn again!"
