The rental agreement is the same as the house rules you will see in the listing and the check in form is letting us know names and ages of those staying at property along with uploading a license. Ocean Pines community is one of the Eastern Shores most popular destinations. It has their own boat ramps, Yacht club, multiple pools, playgrounds and nature trails. Feel free to enjoy a run, walk or bike ride in the community. If going to Ocean City, MD beaches, you are approx. 7-9 miles drive. Ocean Pines also has a ferry that goes back and forth to Ocean City for a nice ride via the Assawoman Bay!
