"This is a nice home situated in the hills of Berkeley. The layout is decent, with 2 bedrooms in the main area and 1 bedroom detached underneath. It was easy for our extended family to stay with 5 adults and 2 children. Only one shower / bath, which is a downside for a larger group. The views of the city are incredible, and we found ourselves sitting in the living room at night, looking out the expansive windows and taking it all in. "Access for older or disabled people is very difficult. Uneven stairs and patio blocks make it a hazard. Musty smell activated my wife's allergies. VRBO's communication system not functioning. Could not respond to messages, nor could we initiate a message. Needed to call VRBO contact number to get garbage bags and kleenex. Not a make or break, but a nuisance when on vacation - time consuming. Overall, nice place to stay, however I can't get used to a porta potty 2 steps from the entrance."
