One of the elevators had an issue but they have a second next to it and it was fine. Indigo still apologized by offering a free drink at the bar or a free appetizer, which was thoughtful even though we had no complaint. I also love the security level they use for entrance to the floors and your room, you must use your card in the elevator to get to your floor. We chose to stay...
