"Hope this review can help others! Pros: everyone was extra nice, the place was clean everywhere, every time I requested something I got help right away. Entertainment and things to do within were great as well. Food at the restaurants was good. The pool/waterpark was a couple steps away from my suite and my kids loved it! We had 3 tvs in our suite and all the appliances worked as they should. Room was cool and comfortable. Bathroom was replenished with soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Clean towels and bedding as well. Cons: you have to pay 20ish dollars per day for parking which is silly and should be included. Also $49 per day for extra fees- WiFi, shuttles to Disney (which we didn’t use) and not sure what else but I wish they worked that price into the quote. Everything was clean but the walls in the kids room and the bunk bed was stained/not quite cleaned. Recommended quiet time starts at 10p but our neighbors were loud past 1am one of the days we stayed there making it hard for some of us to sleep! We didn’t use the hot tub because it was full of kiddos at any given time. No silverware or plates so if you plan on using the kitchen, plan on bringing that. Overall I would come back and book this resort, we had a comfortable stay and would also recommend it if you have other plans and just plan on doing the waterpark 1-2 days. Close to Disney and many other attractions!"

"The entire stay was amazing The only issue was there was no real direction on parking from the valet workers. You need to park in front then check in- figures that out after paying to get in the parking area."

"The onsite water park is fantastic for spending a leisure day. The food options are great after a long day of park hopping. The poolside bar is a great place to snag something cold & appreciate that it is open until 10pm! This will be our first choice every time we visit Orlando."

"I have stayed at Grand Villas many times and it's always an amazing experience. The property is beautiful - very clean and well maintained. The pool and other facilities are wonderful. Wanted to comment as well about one of the employees that helped me out so much during this stay. His name is Augusto Rojas. I had an issue with the air conditioner not working properly when I first arrived. Augusto was very prompt in coming up to check it out and went out of his way to not only make sure it was corrected, but to check back afterwards to make sure things were still working. Very much appreciated!"

"Pool was great! Food on the premises was okay, but super convenient after a long day spent in the parks. Bowling was super overpriced, and did not give prices when setting a reservation time. $24 a person is crazy! "
