"Photos of the house are OLD. Inside was clean and livable but OUTSIDE (pool, surrounding area & area down to dock) is NOT maintained. Pea gravel around pool is loose and discolored. Can’t walk on it barefoot. Outside of house is moldy& in disrepair. This house is managed by Conch Out Vacation Rentals-the manager (Milton Lewis) is rude & arrogant. "This was a very clean and comfortable home. It was well equiped both insdie and out. The very best thing was the location--close to Manasota Key and our favorite restaurant Farlow's. Close to groceries and shopping as well. The poil and spa were well heated and the area was quite private."
